KEEP THE PROMISE is a new modern hc-metal project of protest strongly wanted by M.V. (ex frontman of italian metallers BROWBEAT) that became reality to the support of a local metal act called TO SHED SKIN.

KEEP THE PROMISE have just finished recording their debut album entitled “A PEACEFUL MISSION OF WAR” at the SLIVER MUSIC STUDIO in Parma Italy with the technical collaboration of composer/guitarist LUCA COCCONI (ex member of BROWBEAT, THE MODERN AGE SLAVERY, AMASSADO, PURSUING THE END) and SIMONE SIGHINOLFI (HALLUCINATOR). The songs are a real mix of modern impact and violence hc-metal with influences from ’90 NY HC style with politically engaged lyrics that denounce criminal abuses of italian politicians, bloodthirsty dictators, religious fanatics, murderers of women and animal abuses.

Nicolò Carrara of DAMNED SPRING FRAGRANTIA and Suròn Caspàr of AMASSADO are the very special guests on the album. It will be released in october 2014 by TO REACT RECORDS with the videoclip of the song “GUILTY POLITICIANS”.
