Vektor is an American thrash metal band from Tempe, Arizona (and based in Philadelphia since 2012).
The band was formed under the name Locrian around June 2003, but changed their name to Vektor in 2004
The band release three full lenght album for the Earache Records, one of the most important metal label in the world in early days for the extreme metal.
Now they changin label with a partnership with District 19 and release the new Ep "Activate" after the split with Cryptosis.
