Formerly "Wounds of Ruin" formed in 2006 and as of 2012 the band shortened the name down to WOUNDS. A four piece death metal band from Chicago. Since taking on the new name of just WOUNDS the band has already played with the likes of DYING FETUS, ARSIS, RIVERS of NIHIL, EXHUMED & KRISIUN to name a few.
