Monolord is a swedish doom metal band from Göteborg, founded in 2013, the first full lenght "Empress Rising" is came out in the 2014 from Easyrider Records, after one year is coming the second full "Vænir" from RidingEasy Records.
The band have many influences like Slayer, AC/ DC, Black Sabbath, Goatsnake, Entombed and many more.
In the 2019 the band release the fourth album "No Comfort", the debut for the new label Relapse Records, in the 2021 it's coming the new full lenght album "Your Time To Shine".
