Apotheus are a metal act based in Portugal.
The group was founded in 2008 and after recording some demos, they finally hit the studio for their EP “A Quest to Remain” in 2011. After some live shows, the band perfected their sound with their first full-length “When Hope And Despair Collide” in 2013.
Fast-forward to 2019, after a lot of national touring and other original works, Apotheus made an international breakthrough signing with Black Lion Records (Sweden) who released their album “The Far Star”. The record was recorded at Redbox Studios and mixed and mastered by Jorge Lopes.
In 2023 Apotheus released their 3rd full called "Ergo Atlas" via Black Lion Records again.
