Divine Regale is a progressive metal band formed in 1990 in Dover, USA, around Daniel Elliott and Gary Leighton the twin guitar of the band. They released only one album in 1997 named Ocean Mind at Metal Blade, the album was recived very well by the public and earning them rave reviews in the press. Taken influences from Queensryche, but also from Marillion (Steve Hogarth era), Divine Regale show mature and discipline in songwriting, more inclined on compositions than on technical approach. They disbanded a couple of years after the release of the album. Similar with Queensryche, Fates Warning or Marillion ('90's era).
The band disappeared in 2000, but they resurfaced around 2017, with a social media presence, and in 2018, they released a video for Pieces
