Devcord is a studio project which was launched in 2014. The "band" consists of one ambitious Austrian musician (Peter Royburger) who is in charge of everything - from songwriting and playing all instruments to production. Inspired by bands like Opeth, Extol, Wilderun, The Faceless, Haken, Porcupine Tree and many more, he tries to pay tribute to these bands with his music and thus fulfills himself a dream with the hope that others will enjoy it as well. The debut Dysthymia came out in 2018. The second album Godisnowhere was released in September 2021.
