Warpath formed in 1991 and released four albums between 1992 - 1996, produced by Andy Classen (Asphyx, Disbelief) and Wolfgang Stach (Channel Zero, Guano Apes). In the first half of the 90s the band toured all over Europe - among others in 1992 with Holy Moses, in 1994 with Sodom and together Gorefest & Forbidden. After internal disagreements and several line-up changes, the band was put on ice.

2015 it comes to the reunion of the 1994 line up, only on the guitar is no original member, but Steve Römhild (Erosion, Ryker's). The first shows are played, until it came to another change in the line up! In early 2016, the place on the guitar Flint Razorhead takes over, the drums worked Norman Rieck and the bass now plays Sören Meyer! Live performances follow together with Endstille and at the Bang Your Head Festival. The band goes into the studio in the summer of the same year and starts recording their fifth longplayer.
2017 sees the release of the new album " Bullets For A Desert Session," mixed and co-produced by Eike Freese at the Hamburg Chameleon Studios (Alice Cooper, Heaven Shall Burn. The band continues their distinctive style....
Festival shows at Wacken Open Air, Riverside Festival together with Paradise Lost, Primal Fear and Lacuna Coil, club gigs with Overkill, and a Germany tour with Disbelief,
At the end of 2017, the guys will get back to songwriting and record their next longplayer on their own in spring / summer 2018.
The band does not miss the opportunity to play live shows, despite the production, and in between takes the opportunity to play on Chronical Moshers Open Air and the Nord Open Air and share the stage with Mantar, Enthroned, At the Gates, Tankard and The Haunted.
The mix of the new album is once again trustfully given into the hands of Eike Freese and the band gets a fat, contemporary sound! Massive, dirty, and powerful the album comes along ! Concept, cover design and booklet of the new album come from Chris Hergt, friend and graphic designer of the band, who with his work and his ideas, " Filthy Bastard Culture" merges into a complete work.
Simultaneously with the release of the new disc will appear as a re-release of the 1993 album " Massive " and the 1994 silver disc " Against Everyone." Both in new look, with unpublished photos and remastered.
2019 is peppered with club shows,together with Hate Squad, Cannibal Corpse, Lacrimas Profundere, Nervosa and as headliners. Festivals together with among others Evil Invaders, God Dethroned, Schrenk plays Pungent Stench .
Since December 2019 Warpath have grown into a quintet with Claudio Ilanes and Roman Spinka on guitars after Flint Razorhead left the band.
In December 2020, the band released the album "Innocence Lost" - a cross-section of the band's work from previous releases, as well as a new track with the current lineup! For the design was again Chris Hergt responsible.
Meanwhile we are writing the year 2022 - Warpath will release their new album " Disharmonic Revelations" on March 4th 2022. 10 new tracks that bend your cerebral cortex, roughest thrash, which nevertheless shows the band in a way not known before.
