Italian Heavy Metal, Ordalia band was founded in Catania, under the Etna volcano shadow, in 1987 and active until 1991 with the moniker "NO RULES" . It was then reformed as Ordalia with a new musical direction, tending to an Epic/Prog Heavy Metal as in the proposed song "The Return Of The King", extracted from their first full length of the same name.
Album, originally released in July 2000, has been re-issued in November 2014 by German label BARBARIAN WRATH.
After 23 years, in 2023, Ordalia released its second album Odes For Victory.
