Chrysalïd is a heavy metal group from Northern England. This five-piece consists of Emannuel Thorsen(vocals), Ben Hurst (rhythm guitars), Connor Lynn(lead guitars), Simon Robertshaw(bass guitar) and Mark Harrison (drums) - musicians from various genres that combine to produce a unique heavy metal music experience.

Created in 1999 by Emannuel Thorsen the band is dedicated to bring passion, love and joy for music, their songs are mainly inspired by NWOHBM, Power metal and Trash Metal, we can notice the band is influenced from several bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Black Sabath, Savatage etc.
