CRIMSON STORM was born in 2009 from the mind of guitarist and main writer Lögan Heads, when he lived in his hometown in Sardinia (Italy), with the intention of returning glory to Heavy/Power/Speed Metal of the 80’s and bands like Riot, which inspired their name in their song “Sign of the Crimson Storm”.
After several line-up changes still in search of the perfect balance, it was consolidated in 2012 with drummer Lorenzo Murineddu, bassist Andrea Pusceddu and singer Hans Andersen, a lineup with which they released their first EP “Motor City Maniac” (2014). ) which captured the attention of Sword and Chains Records (USA) and Raw Evil Records (New Zealand), for its cassette and CD versions.
In the midst of a creative wave, the following year the band released the 7”EP single “Speed Hammerin’ Metal”, this time produced and distributed by the German label Witches Brew with which they managed to open up to new frontiers and fans.
At the end of the same year 2015, Lögan decided to move to Barcelona, which meant a break for the band since both the bassist and the singer could not continue being members of the project.
Already in 2016 Logan would meet Aless whom he would propose to join as bassist and together they would convince Pau Correas to join the vocal part, just in time for their first live show in May 2017, opening for the Americans Omen on their only date in Spain in that year.
The year 2019 arrives and the band enters the studio to record the second EP “Outrageous” that would be released at the end of the same year and that, despite its good reception, its live performance was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
It is not until 2022 that the band manages to return to the stage opening for Stallion in Murcia, playing at the Trveheim Festival (Germany) and at the Pyrenean Warriors Open Air (France), festivals in which the old friend of the band Pol Esteban which completes its current line-up.
Already in 2024 the band decides to enter the studio to shape their first full-length "Living' on the Bad Side" for which they signed to Fighter Records label (Spain) for worldwide promotion and distribution, in which they present their new songs along with songs from their first singles presented with their new line-up, sound quality and skill and reaching new levels of forcefulness, frenzy, 80’s nostalgia and biker spirit!
