Templar is an active Stockholm-based heavy metal band formed in 2022, specializing in melodic, early '80s-style traditional metal inspired by NWOBHM and bands like Iron Maiden and Saxon.
They gained attention with their 2023 demo Black Knight and released a 2024 single featuring a revamped, heavier lineup.
Templar's debut album "Conquering Swords" has been released in February 2026.
