The Exhuman were born in 1998 under the moniker Undead, thrash / black metal band. The group at first consisted in: Blasphenomen (voice), Mordor (guitar), Phobos (guitar), Grendel (drums), people with different musical influences and experiences, as Grendel drummer Malkuth black metal band born in Messina in 1995. A bit after The Holy will join on bass to start recording a demo with the rest of the band. During May 2001 Undead produce their first demo consisting of only three tracks plus an intro (obviously a completely self-produced disc as usual by exhuman, not for choice but because of a lack of financial resources). Blasphenomen leave the band for lack of availability and his place is taken by the same The Holy who will be both bassist and singer for the two albums which followed the demo. A bit later the Undead are forced to change name due to homonymy with an Italian group, born several years later, but that having recorded a split cd produced by code666 have the best on the rights of the monicker "un-dead." The new definitive monicker will be Exhuman. The change of moniker accidentally will start the group's musical evolution towards a choice other than undead in the demo, the band will move its sound to a death / thrash American-style, getting in the preparation of their first EP "Partition of Disorder" that will take life in 2003. During these recordings, fortunately after recording the drums, Grendel is hospitalized for a spontaneous pneumothorax that kept him still for some time. After the publication of Partition of Disorder, the exhuman start to move in real facts in live sphere and in different zine then present in the extreme metal scene. In 2004 they began composing songs for their future production, and once again, there will be an unvoluntary evolution of their sound, moving into more technical and progressive areas, with influences like Death, Pestilence, Atheist, Necrophagist etc. ... making the first full length: Sentence Delivered, came out in 2005. It's an album that will have several good reviews in national and international ambit, but despite this, it will have a low demand by the record companies which in the early 90s are not interested in this kind of trend and style. After Sentence Delivered publication, the group was able to move within Live sphere, playing with various other bands, like Impaled Nazarene, Glacial Fear, Memories of a Lost Soul, Land of Hate, Zora, Arcadia and many other groups met during some music events. because of personal issues, and reluctantly across the band, guitarist Mordor decides to leave the band. Seemed to be the end of Exhuman, but here comes the chance to emerge again, thanks to the entry in the group of a worthy replacement for Mordor: Painkiller, who will fit well with the sound of the group giving a taste a little more fresh to exhuman sound. A year later, The Holy leaves the group because of musical differences, and Exhuman will welcome with pleasure the proposal from the old Buzz to join the group as bass singer. This sinister figure (singer MOALS and Traumagain) will accompany the exhuman on this new journey of recovery (from a catastrophe to another ), towards a future full of hopes and hard work of rehearsal which will see them ready to overcome every obstacle "or almost". The farewell to phobos that lefts exhuman during the recording of the new album, greetings to the old and bows to the new. The machine exhuman is prepairing itself for its return to the common world with the newcomer Anthos Cruoris, guitarist with whom we were able to complete the last recorded work. Anthos is forced to leave the exhuman after "fear of oneself" because of his study, and the new guitarrist Pestilence takes his place.
