Disguise was born in the summer of 1998 in the south of Italy.
In January 2000, the band recorded two songs that allowed them to take part in a few important Metal festivals (e.g. sharing the stage with famous Italian bands like Aborym, Natron, Novembre, Sadist). In February 2001, Disguise realized their first MCD: "Impetus Mali/Mors Fidei". The MCD received good reviews in magazines, webzines and fanzines worldwide. In the same year, the band won the "Total Rock Contest", a national competition organized by Metal Hammer.
In December 2002, Disguise recorded "Human Primordial Instinct", their first self-produced full-length album. The album got great press results, which encouraged the band to keep spreading the black virus upon the world and permitted them, during the later years, to play with Marduk, Vader and also at the Metal Camp 2006 in Slovenia sharing the stage with Dimmu Borgir, Opeth, Testament and many more.

In April 2007, the new CD, “Late”. Once again the band gets great press reviews and played with several acts such as Rotting Christ (Italian tour), Entombed, Sinister (Italian tour) and toured the UK with Keep of Kalessin and Abgott in the United Black Kingdom tour.

With the force of these great experiences, the band was stronger than ever so started the recordings of an album that could affirm them in a wider scenario. In the same time the band decides to sign a contract with My Kingdom Music who followed the band since their early days, and that was excited by the new course of the band and its more mature and violent approach of their sound.

Now “Secong Coming”, their new album, is finally completed and ready to be released worldwidely in January 2012 and… it’s coming!
