Burning Nitrum are a young thrash metal band from Bari, Italy, founded in 2010 by Dave Cillo (vocals). Dario D'Ambrosio (drums, original line-up), Francesco Vivarelli (rhythm guitar), Angelo Fiore (bass) and Walter Lanotte (lead guitar) will soon complete the line-up.

The band released the "Pyromania" EP in 2012, work that received enthusiastic reviews increasing the expectations for the debut album. The following year the band released a single called "Turned to Ashes (Nothing Stands Still)" and signed a record deal with Punishment 18 Records, that released in 2014 the debut album "Molotov".
