Heavy, groove-laden riffs meet big choruses, duelling guitar solos and soaring, melodic vocals as the band draw inspiration from a wide range of influences such as classic rock giants Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and ZZ Top and also more contemporary acts such as Down, Alter Bridge and Clutch.

Godsized are definitely and predominantly a live band; the stage is their true home. Over the last two years they have notched up over 300 shows including performances at prestigious festivals including Bloodstock, Hammerfest, the Bulldog Bash and the Pepsi Max stage at Download Festival 2010 - the tent was at full capacity with over 5000 punters present to show their overwhelming support. At the end of 2010 the band made their mainland Europe debut as main support to alt- rock pioneers Life of Agony.

2011 kicked off with a bang and saw the band tour as main and only support to the legendary Black Label Society. BLS main man Zakk Wylde received a copy of the bands’ EP 'Brothers in Arms' and quickly offered to take them on the road taking the band across the UK and Europe on a whirlwind 6 week tour. Godsized joined the respected Jagermeister band roster and picked up endorsements from Orange Amps, Bareknuckle Pick Ups and Rotosound strings.
