Step On Memories was formed by five guys bonded by the passion for hardcore music, in December 2008 at Vicenza (IT).
After a long period of adjustment and practice, the band releases its first 3-track demo and starts playing several gigs around Italy.
In April 2010, the band records the ep "Lasting Values" under the supervision of Matteo "Ciube" Tabacco (Dufresne), which is released in October 2010 by Indeed! Records and sponsored by Woodmorning Distribution and Atticus Clothing.
The ep receives good reviews/feedback by webzines and specialized magazines, and at the same time the band releases the video of the song "More Than Memories", directed by the american director Blake Farber.
Subsequently there's a 2 years and a half promotion for the ep, with several gigs around Italy, opening for band such as Bane, Trial, Death Before Dishonor, 7 Seconds, Down To Nothing and many more, plus the italian edition of the Atticus Tour and two european tours.
In the same period the band starts the songwriting of their first full length album.
In March 2012 the band enters Raptor Studio to record a 2 track promo and then starts the search of the studio to record the album.
In November 2012 enters again Raptor Studio in Vicenza to record under the supervision of Jay Maas (guitarist for Defeater, owner of Getaway Studio, Boston) and Matteo Tabacco. The result is "Furthest", which will be released by Indelirium Records on March 9th 2013.
