At first Morning Dwell was Petter Hjerpe's soloproject. At most he wrote the songs by himself and sometimes with a friend and recorded the songs at home. The influence of the music is classic power metal á la Helloween and Edguy(early years).
One day he thought that he wanted to record some new songs and do remakes of older ones. In late 2012 and early 2013 the demo was finnished!
This record was only ment to be sold to close friends who liked this type of music but Petter also thought "Why not send it to some recordlabels?".
After only a couple of days Christian from Doolittle group AB contacted Petter and offerd a record deal.
This almost came as a chock for Petter because he didn't have a band! He played all instruments by himself when he recorded the demo! But after some calls to friends Morning Dwell now is a brand new band! Ready to go out on a quest!
