FängörN is a fantasy folk metal band from St. Petersburg (Russia). FängörN is the forest from Tolkien's trilogy "The Lord Of The Rings.”

In summer, 2008, FängörN recorded their first demo called “Крепкое пиво троллей” consisting of just of two songs. Suddenly the keyboard-player decided to take a break with music and left the band. Soon in May, 2009 FängörN found a new keyboard-player and decided to record the first album, “Mysterious Land’’.

The last album is "Where the Tales Live On" (2011).
