Based in the multicultural metropolis that is London, 2 Cards Of 25 breathes new life into British melodic Rock… but with a Latin twist!
Formed in 2012 by Diego Gutierrez, a Colombian-born vocalist that has made the UK his adopted home, the band is influenced by some of Rock’s heavyweights… Aerosmith, Guns n’ Roses, Led Zeppelin, all have an influence on the band’s sound, but 2 Cards of 25 is not simply aiming at matching up to the greats, it combines what is best about classic Rock with contemporary sensibilities to create its own unique animal.
The band’s first single “Alice in Wonderland” was released earlier this year and was followed by a video for the track filmed in Nemocon, Colombia, at the same salt cave Antonio Banderas filmed parts of one of his most recent movies “ The 33”.
2 Cards Of 25′s follo up single, “Penumbra”, was released last July to incredible reviews and positive feedback from press and fans alike.
Now, the band has finally released its long-awaited debut EP “Lone Ranger” which includes the two previously released singles, re-mastered, as well as two brand new songs, “Lone Ranger” and “Sweetest” with artwork by Stan W Decker (Blackmore’s Night/Stryper/Monument).
