Formed in 2016, VANIK (Shaun Vanek - known from bands like Midnight, Vandallus, Whitespade, Eternal Legacy, Breaker, Manimals, Sixx) spent one weekend in January compiling old and recording new demos with the quest to make a full album as a front man/guitar player. This led to the recording of the debut "Vanik" album. With the help of Al Biddle (ex-Toxic Holocaust, Cauldron, Rammer, Chainbreaker) on drums and Ed Stephans (Gluttons, Ringworm, Shock Paris) on bass, "Vanik" was recorded live at Mercinary studio's on the 27th of February 2016.
