Collapsus is a Death metal band from Paris, France. The line up : Frank and Sylvain, guitars, Philippe, drums, Sam, vocals and Nicolas, bass.
Formed in the late 90’s, Collapsus is influenced by many bands such as Coroner, Death, Dissection, At The Gates, Carcass, Emperor, Immortal, and mixes influences from different extreme metal scenes (mainly Death, Black and Thrash metal).
After having released two demos in the 2000’s, the band had a period of recording and scenic inactivity due to members issues. Once these issues were solved, the band made gigs with Ave Tenebrae, Darkwald, Azziard, Deitus, Anthaeus, Dead Congregation and many others.
Collapsus in 2020 released a four tracks EP, “Shockwaves Of Decline”, produced by Frederic Gervais of Henosis Studio.
