Few people know where the sewers of Oslo run. The once unspoken rule that you don't shit where you eat, has been forgotten. Now the sewers cascade into open and inviting mouths, and every plate is overflowing. Swimming in these infested waters since the age of 15, Marius Sjøli and Bernt Karsten Sannerud – collectively known as Formloff - have recently toweled themselves dry and returned to the village where they were born.

With the intent of honoring individuality and ruralism through sound, Formloff have recently begun recording their second “debut” album, the follow up to Adjø Silo, which was released four years ago on Audio Savant.

The new decade will see Formloff delivering their black metal monument, a fitting tribute to the place of their birth, and a revulsion filled letter to Oslo. Finding progression in regression, Formloff have crafted an album closer to the sound of their first demo, Overstyring, but more atmospheric, and far darker. The clouds are licking themselves clean, drooling bits of white ash as far as Eastern Europe.
